PropTime USA LLC operates a SaaS-based trading simulation and evaluation platform. Please read this disclosure carefully before purchasing an evaluation.
1. Simulated environment
All trading activity on PropTime occurs in a simulated environment using market data. No live trading, brokerage, custody, clearing or investment services are provided by PropTime USA LLC. You are not trading real capital and you are not opening a brokerage account.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on this website, in our emails, in our educational content or in our community channels constitutes investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. PropTime USA LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant or commodity trading advisor.
3. Evaluation fees are for a service, not an investment
The fee you pay is a fee for access to an evaluation program. It is not a deposit, not an investment, and not held on your behalf. Fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC. Purchasing an evaluation does not entitle you to any payment, account or reward.
4. Rewards are discretionary and not guaranteed
Performance-based rewards are discretionary, subject to program rules and internal review, and are not guaranteed. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee that you will receive a funded account, and receiving a funded account does not guarantee that you will receive any reward.
5. Most participants do not pass
Evaluation programs of this type are difficult by design. A significant majority of participants do not complete an evaluation successfully and do not receive any reward. You should expect to lose the full amount of the evaluation fee.
6. Past results do not predict future results
Any performance figures, trader results, screenshots or illustrations shown on this website are examples only. They are not typical, not a promise, and not a projection of your results.
7. Only pay what you can afford to lose
Do not purchase an evaluation with money you cannot afford to lose. If trading is causing you financial or emotional harm, stop and seek support.
8. Rules can be enforced
Breaching program rules — including drawdown limits, prohibited strategies, or the terms of your agreement — may result in the immediate termination of your evaluation or funded account without refund. Rules in force at the time of your purchase are published on this website.
9. Eligibility
Our programs are not available in every jurisdiction, and are not offered to persons under 18. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful where you live.
10. Third parties
PropTime USA LLC is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC. All funding assessments are provided by Prop Account, LLC and all assessment fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC. If you qualify for a Funded Account you will be required to enter into a Trader Agreement with Prop Account, LLC. Prop Account, LLC does not provide any trading education or other services; all such services are provided by PropTime USA LLC.
